This application was created to integrate CRM tools and functionality using data from their existing tools.
The client training requirements were significantly reduced with the consolidation of their workflows. This was especially important as the company was projected to hire 10+ new consultants and sales representatives within the next 6 months. The solution also provided the client with a more robust platform for their sales pipeline and removed conflicts caused by the multiple tools they used previously.
The client had existing custom software developed to provide their unique services. At the time, the client was using multiple solutions to create a sales pipeline and an underperforming CRM application independent of their existing software.
RoseberryPi developed an integrated module for their existing custom software. This module provided CRM functionality such as, client information, activity history, document assignment, appointment scheduling, client notes, and more.
