This application was created to manage client referrals and referral payouts and provide detailed analytics and sales reports.
The Result
The client was able to alter the referral payouts to maximize their returns on services provided to downline referrals. It was revealed that in many cases, the 4th degree referral payout was too high once previous referral payouts were considered. This enabled the client to adjust their payout structure while ensuring their customers retained value by referring others.
The Challenge
The client was having difficulty managing the large number of new referrals and needed a better way to track referrals and payouts. Additionally, they needed a better way to analyze their current pricing strategy for their services and client referrals.
The Solution
Our team developed a web application enabling employees to manage existing clients, new clients, client referrals, referral payouts as well as create client reports, referral history reports, and sales reports.
